If UBI is implemented how do you deal with the issue of individuals/groups that say it is not high enough or does not deal with their special needs? Won't you see news stories about a crippled kid in a wheelchair and people demanding a new program to deal with it?

Isn't that how we got to where there are 100 separate programs?
