Just curious here, have you ever considered that it might be from a food allergy? My cousin had horrible tourette's so bad that she had to be pulled from school but she ended up diagnosed with celiac and she has little to no ticks anymore, and was able to be taken off her medication. I have celiac myself and it sucks, but tourette's is not my side effect.
