The report goes completely against the title. The OP left a bar during a fight out front, and it sounds like he walked through it. He didn't deserve to be beaten for sure, but it certainly doesn't sound like a game where a single person attacks a random bystander and then runs the fuck away.
Also, when were the attackers mentioned to be black in the article or the OP post?
