Hey Ross, what's your favorite video game soundtrack and why?

When I talk to other people it feels as though my brain seizes up and I just start saying the first thought that pops in to my head regardless of relevance or potential interest. It’s lead to the people around me having a low opinion of the things I have to say before I even say them. How do I avoid this and learn to talk to other people in a calm and sensible manner?

Perhaps this isn't the ideal way to get a medical diagnosis but I've really got nowhere else to turn so I'll give this a shot.

I am a 22 year old male, and relatively recently, I've discovered that I have lost most of my sex drive and I receive virtually no noticeable pleasure from orgasm. Achieving orgasm is also very difficult.

This is an almost unprecedented event in my life, and although the amount of pleasure I receive from orgasm has declined gradually throughout the years, my sex drive has always remained, for the most part, very active. I say 'almost' because there was one event like this before where my sex drive was completely absent, to the point where the topic of sex became uncomfortable for me. However, this event lasted only 1-2 days, and currently I've been experiencing a near complete absence of sex drive for over a month.

Is there any advice you could give me as to what might be the problem or what I could try doing to fix it? Its causing me a lot of distress and beginning to affect my relationship with some of the people around me.
