I never understood this. It’s far from a live show. How/why do they ‘record’ commercial breaks?

Well, now that you say it like that it seems kinda obvious lol. I honestly had no idea. Like I've actually wondered if they played the commercials on a big screen for the audience or something.

There was another reddit thread long ago that said basically all game shows offer a cash equivalent. Can’t find it for the life of me, so not sure how accurate it is.

They even have boats too! Turns out that shit works in fresh water as well!
