Okay, so:

Zippers on the space suits. Aesthetic? How do the suits maintain a seal outside the ship with zippers?

Are the suits vinyl or leather?

And why are female Morgan's eyes blue in a lot of the art but brown in the game?

(PS I love this game so far, I'm all sad I can't get it release day but I LOVE THE DEMO)

Also, sorry, I'm silly: Will there be an option for no HUD? and/or aiming down sights for weapons in the future?

Coloradoan here, was 9 when Columbine went down, etc. but native to Cali and traveled enough to notice some differences.

People in general do seem a lot happier here, and healthy; compared to other parts of the country, there is a noticeably smaller percentage of obese and overweight people. Collectively, people are super outdoorsy. I can't say I notice a lot of neighborly interaction in the Littleton/Highlands Ranch area, though; when I lived here, I had the shit bullied out of me by the neighbor kids, and the adult neighbors treated my parents terribly and were also awful to me. We moved further south to Castle Pines after about ten years, no kids my age but neighbors were nicer and actually bothered to be friendly which was very surreal in comparison. Now I'm living on my own in Highlands Ranch again (one block from Arapahoe High, actually) and again, the weird, icy neighbor thing. Nobody waves. Nobody talks to you or looks at you. It's very strange and it seems to be a town-specific thing.

Another thing that could be contributing is that we all have a Vitamin D deficiency because at this latitude, we don't actually get any Vit D from the sun for most (if not all) of the year. It's a relatively recent discovery, but it's also being linked to higher rates of MS in the state. Vitamin D deficiency can lead to depression and cognitive issues in adults. That could be the issue. It could be the water. It could be the local culture- There's an oddly pervasive elitism associated with being "native" and that extends to other parts of life and the culture in this state. Whatever it is, it's happening in other places, too- It just happened three times in fifteen years here, and since Columbine was the first 'big' incident, it's bigger news when it happens again here.

Edit: Also, I spent a year in Seattle for college, and again, way more diverse and despite being a 'scary big city' there was a lot more friendliness. For example, I felt safe walking up to a random group of goth men when I was being followed by a strange man, and they were very concerned and helpful, offered to walk me back to my campus, etc. In Colorado, that doesn't happen, and it's kind of required me to develop something of a scary bitch persona when it comes to going out alone in the shadier parts of town. Not something problematic, since I think all girls should be able to intimidate if it come down to it, but another notable cultural difference.

Not a very diverse state. Not much room for being different, but once you make it clear you give no fucks people keep their snide crap behind your back, at least. I'm a cosplayer, businesswoman, and sorority woman, and people's heads basically explode when they can't put me into a box. Not as big an issue when I was in other states. The biggest similarity in reactions was when I was in China, if that says anything.

Just observations, but yeah. Colorado and the Metro area is a little different than the rest of the country, and it's a little difficult to pinpoint why.

I would sacrifice a few goats for those wine glasses, too. Gorgeous designs.

I was gonna say, I have a cat who needs to start paying her bills...

I figured it would be something along those lines. Love the designs, was just curious about the tech/reasoning on that piece. (Plus, it'll make it easier to get a suit on/off for cosplay purposes.)
