You're talking about just F2P though. What about DLC? When piracy really truly grew, publishers were forced to find ways to recover that revenue. Welcome to fast tracked once a year games with not many changes, pay walls behind missions, and 10 bucks for costumes. Everyone talks about "the good ole days" when costumes were just unlocked. It's no coincidence this was all going on before piracy.

To play somewhat of a devil's advocate, the US already has some of the easiest rules for legal immigration among first world countries. How much should we really be easing it if we're already one off the easiest to legally immigrate to? And to be clear, I am in that pool, I am a green card holder. I'm not against immigration as I am, myself, an immigrant.
