What federal agencies oversee this type of operation? You mention OSHA, but certainly the Department of Agriculture could have a say,, and maybe even Justice. Do you foresee any changes with the new administration?

How do people late in their careers that get laid off make it to retirement? Companies seem more than reluctant to hire those in their late 50s and 60s. We might just need a few more years of income to fill out the retirement accounts.
