"FY2013 budget" Will anyone ever see this "budget" or will it be like the "budgets" of years past that are referenced in campaign literature but never proposed, promoted, or passed?

Ethernet is a miserable cable standard. No pass through so every fixture needs a home run to a switch. Non-gendered connectors so you need a barrel to connect two pieces together. I've done full rigs with Ethernet and it was such a pain in the ass we ripped it all out and went SACN to nodes on the lighting positions and DMX to the fixtures.

Now that youve passed this milestone are you getting a lot of pussy? You should be. On the first habd you deserve it. On the second hand you have a great avenue. On the third hand you dont know how long life is and most people your age have the luxury of assuming it will be a long long time. Dont waste it.
