Do new models usually need to be taught poses? Or does it mostly come naturally to them?

Do you also do the postprocessing or is that a different person? How long does a shoot typically take, how many shots do you make and how many do you end up keeping/using?

So if you were to stand on a skateboard you would have your right foot forward? Just making sure.
