I don't think they'll respond to criticism. Although it's a good question. They'd likely get praise from reddit if they said they are aware and admit to doing it but give their reasons but there runs the risk or backlash and lawsuits.

Never heard of your website, what exactly is the premise of your site? How have you gone around and advertised it for others? What's the community growth looking like if you don't mind me asking.

Going by word of mouth doesn't seem to be much of "Evidence" it doesn't prove that someone has done anything just what someone has told them. Have you taken this into consideration or have you just piled this in as well with your investigation as valid evidence?
