He says "personally" which is a huge red flag. Listen to how he says things over what he is saying.

Too much fiber can be extremely painful for people with certain types of gut issues. Please don't listen to the internet, go see your doctor if you're having pain.

During my worst bouts I'd be smoking over a gram a day, but I'd pick a strain that would not give me couch lock. At first I'd start out at an 80/20 blend of indica/sativa and then if I didn't panic with that particular sativa I'd get a higher percentage of that particular strain and I would smoke freely through the day and be totally normal. One of my favorite things is to hike up a mountain, smoke a bowl and them hike back down. It's all about the strain you're using. Some will knock you down, some will make you want to clean your entire house :-)

After my mother took her life I spiraled pretty heavily. My husband and I weren't in a great place and already in couples therapy. I started trauma therapy and he got really upset with me that it didn't work right away. he hoped that after 3 months I'd be back to normal and everything would be okay again. But it never will be. The problems you have now are the problems you're going to have after and even more so. He and I have divorced and my healing has increased tenfold without having to worry about the pain I'm causing him by going through my grief. It was extremely hard to leave and I can't say that I didn't land myself in the hospital...but I am so damn happy now. Your question about a time frame just brought me back to how hurt he was and how much he wanted us...me...to change. Good luck to you. I hope you both find peace.

I can only speak for myself but I lost 80 lbs and for a few months after I did have loose skin. However now everything is tightening up. I kept my diet and work outs going even after losing the weight and I guess it's helping. My breast are even nice and bouncy, not all saggy. So, I guess just keep working at it and don't worry about the skin. It'll rebound for the most part and what doesn't...eh, it's just skin. Yay being healthy.
