I’ve bin a staunch supporter of your policies throughout the years but now that your most trustworthy representative has withdrawn from the limelight and your policies have bin rapidly expanding I, friends and family have all but lost faith. I want to be begin on a specific topic since it concerns my future prospects and possibility of Icelandic residence.
Regarding the rental market I have not seen a single comment or consideration put towards the plight that are the "Real Estate Funds" that now operate in Reykjavík ( Halló GAMMA ). Their "competition" with the corrupt, grid locked pension funds that they themselves are to some extent funded by has created a massive real estate bubble that has nothing to-do with the "Correction" or the "stable" index loans which you attribute it to. GAMMA alone owns close to a thousand real estates in Reykjavík and keeps buying. These real estate portfolios are barely a decade old yet contain thousands of apartments and other property, that is mind boggling demand. Everytime anyone wants to purchase an apartment they are not only competing with the giant private "Real estate funds" whom profit directly from their own demand and competition but the pension funds as well whom literally "cannot" invest in anything else. The rent is then set to full-fill the "minimum required return" which, given the absurd interest rates in this country are out of this world. Every time you are asked a question regarding this it is the same bankruptcy of an answer. Long term rental encouraged by tax breaks? Are you for real? You plan on making these funds even more profitable?
What the fuck is going on? Am I just stupid and missing the joke here?

You claim to be above the left-right politics, this is a ridiculous statement given your recent propositions to increase capital income tax and bank nationalisation. Do you plan on continuing this "holier than thou" attitude once you form a government with VG? What should we realistically expect from this administration? What kind of policy should we expect from this "combination"? Honesty appreciated.
What is your deal with Eva Joly, I don't understand what qualifications she has to comment or advice here, what did her employment by the last administration accomplish and how much did it cost? What is the reason for her persistence by your means?
Many of us whom believed in the transparent and liberal politics you introduced to this country not long ago are completely disillusioned with the abrupt change in direction of the past few months. This clearly shows in the polls. How do you plan on regaining the trust of your voter base?
I know my questions are specific and aggressive but I feel as if I don't have any other option other than to vote for you given the current political climate here in Iceland, hence I want to set this straight with you guys. Looking forward to your reply.
