I actually completely agree with you! Who is this lady to share her wisdom on empowering women?

Do you think Glamour magazine will stop photoshopping it's celebs/models ? It seems that many celebs are unhappy with being photoshopped and want to look natural (Renee Zellweger)! It's part of empowering women allowing them to look like and be themselves? Just think Meghan Trainor's song "All About that Bass" - this is all over pop-culture so why not DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!

If you really wanted to stand out from your competition keep Glamour photoshop-free - give it a shot- advertise you are doing this - MAKE A STATEMENT THAT EMPOWERS WOMEN!!

Also, the question about women being underrepresented in tech should really be directed to the CEOs in tech. We can debate this all day long BUT the people who can actually make a difference are Mark, Marissa and Reid.

How old are you? Do you have kids/are you married? Does Glamour support it's women at work and how? What advice would you give tech companies to help attract more women based on your own experiences at Glamour?

But it's the wrong message that is being sent to young women BY THE TECH COMPANIES THEMSELVES! Egg freezing is now an option at Facebook and Apple - HOW SEXY - what 14 year old girl wants to grow up to work her ass off only to have a kid at 50 with her 65 year-old bf. These companies are now saying it's ok to be "grandma status" while chasing around YOUR toddler with a guy who looks like grandpa! NOT COOL

Actions like these will keep women OUT of tech - they don't want tech as an option BECAUSE of how horribly women are treated in the first place.
