You need proof of address to donate plasma. Lots of homeless people donated where I worked, but they did have some sort of proof of address, even just a letter sent to a relative in town.

Fun story about summer jobs, I worked at a movie theater, and someone came up in pajamas asking for an application. The hiring manager happened to be working and asked what hours she was available. She said she could work for about 2-3 hours twice a week, no weekends (big problem with theaters)

When she left the manager just threw away the application.

How is that going to work when facial recognition software gets better? They could just do a reverse image search and find officer so and so.
