Hello! Thanks for answering questions. This one is a two-parter!

1. What kind of advice can you give to an artist who wants to get deeper into the industry? I have done concepts, buttons, and UI design in the past, but I would love to find a way to get work with a bigger company.

2.I have gotten both incredibly lucky and incredibly unlucky with finding work. I've worked on app games with a few indie companies (NDA's... I can't talk about which ones) and in every single case, it has been a struggle because of the mass amounts of chauvinism that exists. So my question is: do the bigger companies do something to stem the misogyny that seems to be rampant in the video game industry? It seems really hard to be female in this field!
