Do you do any orthognathic surgeries? I know there tends to be a lot of overlap between surgical specialties but where would you draw a line between OMFS and plastics?

People assume the stomach does majority of the digestion but in reality it's mainly used to break up the foods physically with churning and only partially breaking them up with acid. Most of the actual digestion occurs in the duodenum. Bile and pancreatic juices mix with the bullous to break it down to absorbable components. Bile mainly emulsifies the fat where the pancreatic juices contain many enzymes to break the bullous down.
