Hi Caitlin. One of my absolute favorite non-fiction books is Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers by Mary Roach. It completely changed my outlook on death, so much so that I no longer fear it in the way that I assume most other people do. I think that the concept of death, scary and ominous though it is, does not have to always be so morbid. She accomplished the nearly impossible task of making the concept of death light-hearted, interesting, and very often funny.

Have you read Roach's book? Can you relate to any of the bizarre, funny, strange situations that the author finds herself in? Do you have any of your own tropes on death that you can share?

I enjoyed her book so much, I think it's a safe assumption that I will enjoy yours as well. I'll have to pick it up (and then loan it to my girlfriend. She loves stuff like this.)
