Hey, thanks for doing an AMA and alerting me to the upcoming event! Just a quick question:

Do you or any actual rocket scientists/astrophysicists/spacecraft engineers/Actual NASA scientists play Kerbal Space Program? It would make my day if actual scientists were playing the dumbed-down version of their job in their free time...

It seems to me that much of the money is beginning/continuing a shift away from a federal/Congress centric model of influence and instead are focusing on the more "cost effective" (read cheaper) State politics.

With the current swing of lobbying towards the States, what do you see the future of Federal lobbying becoming? Will it take a back seat to the States?

I'm a veteran and college student going into grad school for Public Admin whose main area of interest/research is DoD spending. Seeya in DC.

Are you allowed to answer more general questions about the region you're currently assigned to, without getting specific as to which country or capacity you serve in?

On a lighter note, ever read any Christopher Buckley? The film adaptation for Thank You for Smoking is fantastic. Although it's probably not helping lobbyists look any better..
