What can you tell us about how and when salespeople profile potential buyers on the lot? I've heard plenty of stories about a rich (though average to poorly dressed) person getting snubbed, then coming back later in a snappy suit and getting much better service. Any truth to stories like these or are they just entertaining outliers?

I had the opposite experience. Crashed my bike and shattered my collarbone. Arm went mostly numb for about 15 minutes, without much pain. I was even able to pick my bike up off the road and move it to a patch of grass on the side of the road. Didn’t realize it was broken til I did a damage check and felt the bone practically poking through the skin. Several minutes later I could barely sit up without awful pain.
