Shotgun plus carbine, possess the mechanized patriots, bucking bronco firemen, crows, and people armed with RPGs, use shotgun to finish them off. Charge Snipers and Crows, use Songbird on Zeplins. MoC Handymen (or do what I do and panic)

Use tears aggressively, accept all health and salts. If you are in range for an execution, get out of character and do an execution.
