It would be great if I could use my 15 minutes to bring attention to the problems faced by women in STEM[10] and the cultural barriers preventing more women from entering.

Do you think that this problem is societal or that it is institutional? If societal, why don't we just not worry about it because the Lenski's posit that time heals all societal inequalities?

As for how it happens, the Lenskis say (ironically I think) that technological advancements heal social inequality - so you are correct that we need to help now :)

Thank you so much for your reply. I didn't realise that the estimates for psychedelic use would be so high. At first I was skeptical of what Zendo was trying to achieve ("are they just trying to stop 1% of people from taking drugs at festivals? doesn't sound like a big deal"), but now that I understand that the estimates are so high I completely understand and promote your project.
