This should be in your intro. I'm hugely impressed. Not just by the degree, but by the starting point as well!

I made a comment once, about how you had addressed the correlation between DOB and success in certain fields, sports being one of them, in Outliers. I got a couple of pretty snarky replies. How do you feel about people calling what you do "pseudo science", which is so negatively loaded? I would just call it really well thought-out observations.

Even better, get them used to it while you're still cradling them in your arm. There's no reason not to. Start on day one.

The actual learning benefit is negligible, but the habit and routine forming helps that whole sitting-still part later on.
