I'll TL:DR you though. Victoria did everything. She verified it was the actual celebrity answering the questions, she sometimes typed their answers (and knew reddit formatting) when they weren't tech savvy. She might sit in the room with them or speak over the phone. She also encouraged them to answer off the wall questions, not just top posts.
