What's your favorite way to DNS inside of a small (<100 users) MS AD environment? Forward to the domain controllers then have them forward to google or do you set up a replication to pfSense and have it do the heavy lifting?

For HA, what's the best way to gracefully pull one pfSense box out of service without users noticing anything?

Glen Greenwald mentioned that he was contacted first by a PGP-encrypted email, then after Laura helped Glen out with the email, they used another system, then another system to communicate. Can you elaborate at all on the systems used after PGP?

I realize that SilentCircle and Lavabit are now dead, but I'm curious as to more sophisticated algorithms or services out there-- for instance, if I hosted my own email server or used one hosted abroad.

Also, What about disk encryption? Since there's been a lot of skepticism around the security of TrueCrypt, are there others that you (or Mr. Snowden) would advise?
