What are Hamas resisting when they fire rockets at Israel? The unjust occupation of the ancient arab city of Tel Aviv?

Removing the state of Israel is tantamount to killing almost all the Jews in Israel because that's what you would have to do to remove the state of Israel.

We've seen the wonderful peaceful democratic progressive countries arabs have built around us. We know what arabs do to non-arab minorities. Hell, we know what arabs do to other arabs that happen to be the wrong kind of arab or the wrong kind of muslim. Consequentally, you won't find many Israelis that would vote for a one-state solution.

As an Israeli, reading /u/dark7wizard 's comments makes me sad. The man's educated, speaks fluent english, and yet believes that the only way for the conflict to be resolved is by one side wiping the other out - and since Israel isn't willing to go Black September on the Palestinians, the Palestinians should try to get better weapons which will enable them to wipe out Israel.

Considering the purges and repressions that the Bolsheviks initiated after taking power, why do you consider their isolation a bad thing?
