What sort of long term cardiac changes, or future changes can we expect from those who required surgical correct of PDA (patent ductus arteriosus from those unaware)? Are these set of patients more susceptible to irregular heart rhythms such as A-Fib, SVT ect? Does the enlargement of the heart from this condition cause more problems later on? Is CHF a concern here?
