Love your work! How do you remain such a nice guy in the midst of an insane business? Favorite philosopher / spiritual leader?

In Sacramento, Comcast delivers the contracted MB as I assume you do but ATT is a horrible joke due to 40 yr old copper. Why aren't they sued for selling "up to" 15MB that is really a flaky 1MB or WORSE?

Physicists love to invoke infinite parallel universes to explain things they don't understand. But couldn't we expect leakage of gravity or other forces between such universes, which no matter how small would sum to infinity. Has anybody suggested evidence for such leakage, such as dark matter?

Is there a hierarchy of crimes that has any affect in you status or privilege. For instance, we always here that molesters are reviled. What crimes are admired?

Do most maintain their innocence when you figure otherwise? Or more that they were shafted by the system?
