It would be interesting to see what basic principles would guide a creativity safe haven. What are the foundational ideas that make up this safe haven?

What does it really mean to "own" an idea?

Perhaps copyrights/patents shouldn't be transferable - that only the original creator (and not a corporation) can own the rights to the idea he/she came up with.
