I don't want to seem weird, but this was addressed in the Zombie Survival Guide or something or other by Max Brooks. I remember reading that after they eat so much, eventually the food just gets pushed out of their rectum or their stomachs bust open.

How big is the window for certain features to be considered attractive?

For example, broad cheekbones are attractive, but how broad is too broad? Same with eyelashes, symmetry, etc. I guess there's no perfect answer and most of it is probably subjective.
