While you were there, were you able to see whether or not it was difficult to quarantine people? Did most people abide by the quarantine?

Admittedly, I think I would prefer a chain if I want frozen or semi-not frozen or sometimes not-frozen. A chain probably has the art better mastered.

But if a local-run place does frozen it might be alright. Just depends for me, but local places have an opportunity to differentiate themselves through more fresh ingredients. Logistics of that is probably crazy, and I'm not sure what could be done with the leftovers.

For what is frozen, then, I'd say Applebees tastes pretty good to me.
