I'm a huge supporter, but surely you have plan beyond relying on your "unprecedented mandate."

Members from both parties in Congress are under pressure from special interests, many of which benefit from the current state of our democracy, do you truly believe that your supposed mandate will be enough to secure the necessary votes? I have doubts that it will be so easy considering the Congress we've had in the past decade.

First off I'd like to say - I agree with you that restoring democracy to our democracy is probably the most pressing issue today in politics. For this reason you will more than likely get my vote should you announce your candidacy.

My question is: how do you plan to get your agenda through Congress? Politicians often say they have a mandate for certain action when they are elected but we know that this is often not the case (most recently Barack Obama and the still unpopular ACA, and the GOP and their supposed mandate to dismantle the ACA which is also unpopular). What is your strategy for getting a bill past a Congress which did not run on a platform of election reform, and is in fact beholden to many of the special interests that are working against democracy?
