You are grossly ignorant of history, their actions were absolutely considered civil. This was what was so revolutionary and radical about what Martin Luther King and Gandhi did. The entire premise of nonviolent resistance as espoused by Martin Luther King and Gandhi is about showing your opponent that you are a civilized and loving individual. It is about loving your opponent and through that love forcing them to acknowledge your humanity.

The tactics of successful nonviolent resistance are entirely based around civilized discourse, and acting as a respectful and loving individual. This is something that your organization does not and will never understand. It is also why your organization will continue to fail to achieve each and every goal they set out to accomplish.
