I get what you mean but theoretically an unencrypted list of passwords on your computer would be an easier target than a properly encrypted file you sent to every single person in the world. I think I've read that as of today there isn't even a realistic theoretic approach to breaking AES-265 encryption.
Again, theoretically, because if anyone wants your secrets bad enough it would probably go down like this.
