I've been seeing some articles being posted on reddit about how a lot of $$ is being lost to American tech companies in the global market due to NSA spying fiasco(Satelites to the UAE and planes to Brazil).... To me this seems like one of the best ways to attack the credibility of the program.

What are some other factually based points of failure that can be used to discredit these spying practices?
