Hi Smarty! LOVED your classes at Rollercon! You're my blocker inspiration. My favorite tip was the pretend brace. Do you have any tips for mindfulness during bouts? There's so much to remember :)

Also not Smarty - I fell on my face and knocked some teeth out (yes, I was still wearing my mouth guard. It would have been much worse otherwise!)

I also took an elbow to the face and split my cheek open.

Yikes, I'm dealing with another black toenail grow-out at the moment too! Bye-bye summer sandals!
