In the immortal words of Philip J. Fry: [gasping] Why couldn't she be the other type of mermaid, with the fish part on top and the lady part on the bottom?

I just checked and just 2 hours into this AmA, he's only had 10 responses to questions.
I think he's not answering any questions anymore.

Step 1: File for Fraud Alert.
This should temporarily stop any other accounts from opening or make it difficult. This lasts for 90 days.
Step 2: File a police report
Having a police report will allow you to have an Extended Fraud Alert and lasts for 7 years.
Step 3: Go to lawyer or local Bar association to find out next course of action (as /u/Elledan suggested).
Hopefully, there will be a lawyer or firm willing to take your case pro-bono or at reduced rate.
IMHO your family screwed you over. Family really shouldn't do this; I wouldn't consider them family anymore and I would essentially consider them like any other identity thief and wish them ill will. You're probably a better person than I, I wish you the best of luck.
TL;DR- goto police and get lawyer (or local bar association, as /u/Elledan suggested)
Edit: to reference /u/Elledan
