Is this how those people that are ALWAYS running for office and losing actually make a living?

I have EDS. This drives me nuts. There is a big support community that I tried to jump into, because my case is mild and I know there are people way worse off that could use help. Unfortunately, that community is loaded with whiners that focus way more on some weird competition about who's symptoms are worse. It was really frustrating, so I eventually bailed. If you hear someone call themselves a "Zebra", fucking run.

What are the extremes in the collection...rarest, most expensive, etc?

I think show-jumping is cool, but know nothing about it. I can ride and that's about it. So, do the horses do "work-outs" like in racing? Do the riders have work-outs? Do you have to starve yourself to stay light?

What are your trade sources? Like magazines, websites, mail lists? I am working an IT project to preserve health data for the next 75 years...how do you predict those future needs?
