It's totally possible to squat poop on a normal Western-style toilet if you're light enough (I'm about 6'1", 160 lbs. and do it all the time). It actually really makes pooping easier. I call it 'gargoyling' because you're perched up on the toilet like some kind of poo gargoyle.
