Thank you for doing this AMA! I've followed your career since the Facts of Life and actually saw Spacehunter in theaters (in old-school 3D).

I'm sure you get these sorts of questions a lot, but any answers are MUCH appreciated:

There have been rumors in the media and on various websites for years about sequels to Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink, and the Breakfast Club. With the very sad passing of John Hughes, is it safe to assume that these projects are definitely not happening? Also, how far were these ideas actually developed before his death, and can you shed any light on the various plots that were proposed?

Thanks again!

Thank you so much for clarifying and taking the time to answer my question! It definitely wouldn't have been right without John's involvement. Was there any proposed plot or did it even make it to that stage of development?

I'm a huge Off Centre fan--in fact, I'm the moderator and only subscriber to the /r/offcentre subreddit.

Kind of a geeky question, but did they actually shoot Scary Sitcom and Chau's Hard Iced Tea episodes? I have a script for the former and still searching for the latter.

Have you ever heard anything about a DVD release at some point? The show is seriously underrated, and was ahead of its time in many ways.

Thanks for being awesome. Chau rules!

I love your music and as a somewhat lapsed Jew, I have to admit that it helped re-awaken my spirituality a few years ago.

I was really excited to see you at the Bottle Rock festival this past weekend and while I enjoyed your new songs, I was disappointed that you didn't play "Sunshine," "Youth," or "King Without a Crown."

As a fan who feels an intense connection to them, I was sad to not experience them live. I'm sure you're sick of playing them, but do you see them returning to your live set in the future?

Been watching Young Drunk Punk and love seeing how you've incorporated some (autobiographical I'm assuming) elements of your KITH characters and sketches into the show.

I'm also a big fan of your music. Any new developments on that front (new album or more solo live shows)?
