Would you be willing to ballpark how much you make doing this?

This might be a silly question, but can anxiety have any part in worsening procrastination, or have a serious effect on pushing oneself to get things done in general? My job at this point has lead me to hate my phone. Any time it gets a call or message I get sick to my stomach thinking it’s something wrong with work, another problem, more nonsense to deal with
