Thank you for just being generally good in these trying times. I will be ordering a hoodie to support your efforts in Chi-town! Are you affiliated with any organizations in Milwaukee I can support with labor or funds?

Can one get a prescription for metformin without DMII? What would I ask my MD for?

Yes, DBT! It seems weird at first. I recently finished a 6 week partial outpatient DBT group therapy course, and it helps!

Why is it that no matter how much I sleep/nap, I NEVER wake up feeling rested. Never. I also have a REALLY hard time getting up early in the morning, whether I get 2, 6, 8, 12 or 16 hours of sleep. I don't get it! This occurs over all levels of fitness and healthy eating. Are there people who are just perpetually tired?

Medication is helpful! Behavioral therapy is also important.

If you can find yourself into a place where you can learn dialectical behavior therapy, it will change your life. You're likely to have access to a prescriber for the chemicals your particular brain needs for managing all of the things where ever you can learn DBT. So, many birds - one stone.
