How did you guys finance your films before you began getting projects that were fully funded? Ie (assuming): Dogboarding, Happy Holidays, etc.
I ask because I made my first short last year for $1,900 and while it gained a lot of traction/a staff pick it also nearly bankrupted me and as I move forward I'm having trouble figuring out where to look for any sort of financing.
