I had read on Penny Arcade that you had flipped off Jerry at one point. I was wondering if you could give a bit of background from your perspective on the incident. Jerry wrote:

Tim Schafer hates me; I stole a yo-yo of his once, but I also said something mean about a game he made, and when I saw him at GDC a couple years ago he flipped me off. It didn’t hurt my feelings, I flip people off for a living. All it said to me was that he takes it serious; that he and his work are synonyms. That’s more or less the person I want to support.

Have you spoken to Jerry or Mike since the incident? Are there any lingering ill feelings as far as you are concerned?

ETA: What might we, your loyal fans, do to try and have you do the keynote speech for PAX Prime?

I always felt like Over was one of your most amazing songs and a lot of people never got a chance to hear it due to it being on an EP. If you'd play it at a show (I've been to ~4 to date), I'd murder someone....anyone if you asked me to. Think about it...

Hey Max, thanks for doing this. Your genius and ability to spin an engaging story absolutely blows me away. For example, I think I've sent a link to your Death and Return pitch to about 2 dozen friends/coworkers and every single one has watched it through in its entirety in a single sitting. Your excitement is contagious.

In one interview, you mentioned that you have tons of ideas that you'll never get a chance to actually work on. Have you ever considered doing a podcast to just talk about random half-formed ideas or just your general goings on? I'd pay to listen to you shoot the shit.

Totally fair. Plus, I guess it would be harder to then try and sell a script if you've already explained a large chunk of the movie in such a public fashion.

Well, I can still dream... I just really love hearing you talk about random goings on.
