Do you ever find chefs to be resentful of you because they may feel that they have more skill in the profession than you? If they do, do you feel that they need to realize that you are where you are in life because of your personality and writing ability? You should require authorization to renew a subscription, not just automatically charge the subscriber's credit card and then send them a notice that you did this in the mail. Also, I should note that there is no phone number or email address listed on the notice for easy reference if one would want to cancel.
