I always expect to wake up at 2 am with a parched mouth after eating at any Brazilian churrasceria. The sausages are really salty. I love the bananas. The sweetness goes very well with the saltiness of the meat.
Also, I always make sure to ask for medium rare meat. A lot of the portions walked around are overdone and dry, particularly the filet which is lean.

This is the style. Any Brazilian Steakhouse is going to have saltier meat than typical American standards.
I did not realize that Capital Grille served Choice.
