What are your favorite memories of your time there?

Here are all of his answers, listed from the earliest to the last. It may not be a perfect table but it's better than scrolling through the thread, I hope. (Due to the character limit, I had to split it up into this comment and then into a reply.)

How did you come to host TGEITH?	Knew the creator of the series.
Why did you change your mind on returning players?	Has considered it more fun and necessary to bring back "stars" over time.
Will we get to see more cultural scenes in the future?	Depends - it's hard to find new places with so many seasons, and there's only so much time in an episode. I love culture but the fans don't.
A gripe about this season's editing, not directed at Probst.	We put people on the show who can tell good stories and that's what you see. It's not bias, it's the nature of the show.
Ever thought about leaving?	A couple times in the past, but CBS and Burnett talked me out of it. Now, I'd never quit. Best job in the world.
What do you miss about the early days of the show?	How raw the first season was. It's a worse way to tell a story, but it's still something charming that I miss.
Are there plans about which former contestant could take over if you left?	lolno
Where does production sleep when on the island?	Depends on the season.
My daughter loves your books. Are there gonna be more?	Yes!
Ever thought about an Idol that would give someone multiple votes?	We've thought about it, but it could be too powerful. Good to hear that at least one fan likes the idea.
What's a day in the life of you as a Survivor producer?	Someone linked to a video. Probst said it's very accurate and that it's a fun job with a great crew.
When they get to Ponderosa, are the contestants told who voted against them?	Maybe by another contestant, but never, ever by us.
The jury vote ties. What happens?	You'll have to wait and see... But there would NOT be a joint win between multiple contestants.
How long does it take you to come up with your words of wisdom after Tribal?	About 3-5 minutes, while we're tallying the votes. It's funny that it's such a staple now because it was never supposed to be.
What was it like to jet ski back to the United States?	'Murica!
Do you ever find that someone doesn't fill the role on the island that you hoped they would in casting? Is it frustrating? Was Edgardo a mistake?	Yes, sometimes because we made a mistake, sometimes because the island wears them down, but typically it doesn't happen. Edgardo was cool!
Do you ever disagree with other producers on who should be cast? If so, who wins?	It happens here and there. We usually find common ground, but when in doubt, Mark Burnett and Les Moonves have the final say.
Is there a season that you didn't like? Why no new locations? WTF was that Caramoan reunion?	I didn't dig Fiji. Cast and theme are more important than locations. The Caramoan reunion was handled poorly and I take responsibility for it, but I stand by not asking questions to everyone at every reunion.
Ever thought about a 'back to basis' season, where the twist is that there isn't a twist?	It's brought up a lot, but we think it wouldn't be satisfying.
Do you plan on doing any more writing and directing?	I'd love to, but it's hard to find the opportunities.

Thoughts on Survivors using social media while their season is airing?	I don't like it, but it's not my call.
Who played the best 'strategical' game ever?	Parvati, Boston Rob, Cochran, Andrea, Tony, Spencer. Nobody comes to mind from earlier seasons. Richard is overrated.
Tell us about being a minister!	It kicks ass!
Billy loved Candice.	He had good taste and it was an awesome moment!
Is it true Survivor 30 is Survivor: Legends?	Can't confirm or deny, but I will say that it's not the last season. I don't think 30 needs to be a BIG season as long as it's a good one, and I'm loving having new players.
Do you have any other clothes besides the blue shirts?	Why the hell would I? Blue shirts rock!
Why no loved ones visit in Cagayan?	You know what they say about when you assume...
Has the jury ever made a mistake?	From their point of view, no, but I take issue with the personal bitterness sometimes.
Would you do All Winners?	Maybe, but it would be tough; we'd need enough interesting winners and an even balance of men and women.
You always yell at people for sucking during challenges. Has anyone ever told you to fuck off?	I don't do it to be annoying, but I know that it is. If someone told me to fuck off, I'd know that I was just getting in their head.
Thoughts on Survivors being active on social media during their season?	I've answered it already, but I'll answer it again because I feel strongly about it, in case the right people are reading: I don't like it.

This right here isn't a question, but I want to say please keep it up with seasons like this one -- balanced editing distributed among a cast of new players. Lots of people really appreciate it.

Oh fuck, I totally forgot there was a Loomer and now it's all coming back to me. Weird how that info can just sit in the back of my mind for years.

Does Spencer still have 0 chance to win? Why bring back the Tyler Perry Idol? F2 or F3? Is it true that Yau-Man's deal is why we don't have car challenges?	I was wrong on Spencer. We'll talk Idol at the reunion show, but we didn't think anyone would find it, especially someone who found multiple others. I like F3 but I know a lot of people like F2. No, sponsors just changed.
What production decisions do you regret?	Medallion of Power. I stand by RI and the Tyler Perry Idol.
Is Rob C still the best to never win?	That was a long time ago, but he's still one of the best. His second time doesn't really count.
When did you start yelling at contestants? Should I do it in my college Survivor?	Started in Thailand with Clay and some other people. Do what comes naturally; don't imitate me!
What player who hasn't returned do you want to return? How long will Survivor last? What other non-Survivor things are you up to?	Too hard without a full list, depends on the fans - thanks for being loyal! - and STRANDED.
Would you ever have a tribe of all Canadians?	We love the Canadian fans but legal issues are stupid.
Have you thought about removing Idols, to free up air time for other things such as the location? hey, wait, that one is my question!	We think it's too risky to remove something that has been responsible for some other moments. I think they're used more effectively than you think they're used.
How do fans usually react to the loved ones visits?	They love them. note: based on the rest of his answer, I think he was talking about players, not fans
Would you like to see a rock draw for a million dollars?	It'd be ballsy but probably never gonna happen.
In my Survivor Oz interviews with contestants, they often say you're short and cuss a lot. Is this true? How many shirts you have? Would you do an interview with us?	They think I'm short and a pottymouth? Well, fuck that! I have 5 to 6 shirts per season. You're gonna have to DIG DEEP if you want an interview with me!
Do people besides the winner get money?	Yes, but not nearly as much.
Do you listen to the fans?	Yes, but there are lots of fans with different opinions than the Internet fans, and the fans don't have all the info we do.
Where do you get those shirts?	Adventure stores, but we dye and tailor them.
