That was spot on. Beautiful to read, thanks for that.

That first paragraph perfectly reflects my time in high school. People called me 'Pino' to bully me. I didn't like it and I was always getting angry about it. The second I stopped getting angry over it and even started referring to myself as Pino (e.g. "Hi, my Name is X, but people call me Pino") the teasing stopped.

You can tell from my username the nickname hasn't changed over the years, but the meaning did.

Can you tell us a bit more in-depth about what exactly you mean by "Soulslike roguelite looter shooter"?

I read that the game involves procedurally generated runs and I'm going to assume since it's described as 'roguelite' there will be certain parts that carry over to the next runs; so that explains that part.

But what exactly makes it a 'Soulslike' or a 'looter shooter' and how does that blend with the roguelite aspects?

Not OP but I'm a career counsellor (slightly different from a career coach but I'm also giving advice rather than using it on a daily basis) and for me the answer is:

It's not about teaching people how to make big bank, it's about finding what brings them fullfilment.
And to me, helping people figure out how they're going to give meaning to their career is fullfilling.

Most people would rather have a career they enjoy than $$$ as long as it supports their family. Some lucky people enjoy something that pays well.

I worked in a similar work environment for 2 years and the only qiestion I have is: "How do you manage to keep going?"

After roughly 2 years, I was spent. I was one step away from a depression and/or burn-out simply because I put in so much effort with little to no return at all.
I had to go to a psychologist and went through a social program to find what job suits you simply to get convinced I wasn't going to be miserable forbthe rest of my working life.

My country, Belgium, recently adopted legislature to allow 4-day workweeks... of 4 10-hour days.
It just feels like all our government is using your research in the most perverted way to make themselves look progressive while changing nothing.

I am a career counsellor so I constantly work with both the unemployed and employers. I want to create impact that facilitates a change in attitude so we can hopefully move towards a future that holds a real 4-day workweek.

Did you approach a lot of employees, and if so: From what angle did you approach them to get them on board?
