Does Russian government have any influence on your company?

What stops the Russian government from putting you in prison and using your product to conduct a massive cyber attack on another country, potentially timed with military action?

What I learned from World of Warcraft is that if you know other people are cheating and getting away with it, you're a fool not to cheat too. The only way to combat the bots was to make your own bot, once enough people had done so the game finally made changes to prevent it from happening altogether.

Is the US election just a question of who cheats better at this point? How can we force voting machines to be upgraded and systematically close security holes?
