They just don't PAY the bill. 90 days later, its in collections and the Ambulance service is out that money.

And what magical place would you have these three services from three different providers, and the possibility to consolidate to one??

In my experience, you're either are locked into one provider for the area (Thanks apartment contracts), or you live somewhere there is only one provider to your area for PHONE service (no broadband) and you have to deal with satellite internet or TV service. No option for cable.
